Located in the heart of Madrid, in one of the best neigbourhoods
(Retiro district). Less than 10 minutes walk to Retiro Park. 2
minutes walk to “Sáinz de Baranda” subway station (Lines 9 and
6 direct to ETSI Industriales, just 4 stops away). 2 minutes walk
to bus stop: lines 20, 32, 30, 56, 15, 202, among others.
Sited in the centre of the town, but the neighbourhood is very
quiet and safe. Green zones and sport facilities. Supermarkets,
schools, shops, hospitals: walking distance.
