FLAT TO SHARE, MADRID, VILLANUEVA DE LA CAÑADA, UAX UCJC

Hi!

I'm Mentxu, I'm student of the UCJC (Universidad Camilo José Cela),

I'm writing this to you, if you're looking for hostage in the flat where i am living in we'll have:

- a free room from January until June (included) and

- another one from February until June both included.

Normally the rent cost is around 400 euros each person, but this one costs 230 euros each person!

This flat is in Villanueva de la Cañada (the town where the UCJC and the UAX belong to), it’s at 15 mins on bus from both universities (because of that it’s a town full of students! ). There are some bus stops and all types of shps at less of 5 mins walking, so are pubs too!

We’re looking for two social, open minded, clean and tidy persons (for an optimal conviviality)

The rooms have:?

- A huge study table

?- A study chair

?- Big windows?

- Wardrobe?

- Full bed

The flat has:?

- A big living room?

- Two terraces (one of them includes sofas)?

- A kitchen (diswashes, fridges, washing machine, etc)?-

2 complete bathrooms.
