Commuting in Limerick

Hello people,

I’m gonna spend the spring semester 2018 in Limerick. I know that it rains most of the times there and that students mainly use bikes to get to the uni, but what about the rainy days guys??? 

I‘ll be staying a bit far from the campus, like a 20 min walk, and was really wondering how I’ll be able to get to the campus when it rains, since there are no buses from my village??? Walking seems too much!!!
