ROOM FOR RENT!!

Hola a todos!! Mi nombre es Javier, tengo que dejar la habitación en la que llevo viviendo desde hace más de un año por un tiempo determinado de 6 meses. La habitación es bastante grande, tendrá unos 20m cuadrados, situada en la tercera planta de una casa de adosados. Tiene una cama de 1,50m x 2.00 m, armario, estantería, dos mesas, sillas, semanario. Al lado de esta habiación a otra que está alquilada por otro chico danés. El baño es muy amplio, tiene bañera. La casa está muy bien situada, justo al lado de la estación de tren de Svanemollen, a tres paradas de Norretport y a 45 min caminando. El precio de la habitación es de 3.500 coronas Danesas, lo que vienen a ser algo más de 400€. La dueña de la casa vive en el piso de abajo, es buena gente, yo nunca he tenido problemas con ella.

Hi !!! My name is Javier, I have to leave my room where I have been living for one year, I´m going to leave for 6 months. The room is quite big, 20 square metres placed on the third floor of a house. There is a big bed 1,50 x 2.00 m, closet, shelves, 2 tables, chair, and a chest. One danish guy is living in the room next to this one. There is a bathroom quite big with a bath, far from the tipical small bath you find almost everywhere in CPH!!! The house is well placed, just next to Svanemollen Station, just three stops far from Norreport, or 45 min walking. The price is 3.500 danish Kroner, a bit more of 400 €. The land lady is living in in the lowest floor. Is nice, I havent had any troubles ever.
