Double room for rent in a modern house that is situated in a quite cul de sac. Price includes council tax but is plus bills.

The double bedroom has been freshly painted, has brand new carpet and has built in cupboards that provide plenty of handy storage. The room overlooks church gardens so it's nice and private. A brand new double bed can also be provided if required.

You'll have full use of the large open plan front room which has a 40 inch flat screen telly and all the sky channels. We have a large kitchen which has a brand new dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine and loads of storage. The garden is a tidy patio so is low maintenence-no lawn to mow! It's also south facing. Also have WiFi internet.
