Graz key pickup problem!

Hello everyone!

I'm very excited to start my stay in Graz, Austria on friday the 4th of January. I do have a problem I was hoping someone could help me with. I will be staying at the OuAD Neubaugasse accomodations in Graz, but as you can only pick up your room key during their (quite restrictive) buisiness hours, it won't be possible for me to pick them up when I arrive in Graz at 22h14. There is an (expensive) service you can hire to pick your keys up for you, but it involves bringing them to the airport in Vienna and bringing you to your accomodation from there. As I will be traveling by train and thus arriving in the Hauptbahnhof in Graz, that is not a possibility for me.

Is there anyone who lives in the OuAD Neubaugasse guesthouse who would be abled to pick up the key for me? I would off course give you a retribution and my eternal thanks! Or do you have another suggestion as to how I could solve this problem?
