Trying to contact Florence Design Academy no reply

Hi everyone, I want to apply for a degree course, have sent a mail enquiring about the same, even filled the application and sent a copy but have not got a reply for the last one week. Tried calling with in the time given (10 am to 12 pm Italian time) but the line is either busy, or goes to voicemail or being disconncted by someone there. Wonder if the others has the same issue or is there a alternative number to call.
