Thanks Diana for creating this thread! I'm about to begin my studies at Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya in September. I am currently searching for properties and rooms to rent around UPC preferably at a walking distance. Looking to stay with fellow students or professionals having no kids or pets with them and similar attitude: clean, quiet, easy to get along with, having no bad habits and serious in terms of their academic/professional occupation. I also speak fluent Russian and Turkish and getting a knack of Spanish and French so having a language exchange partner as a roommate would be amazing.
