Livin' la vida Erasmus!

Hi there,

I am student of medicine and we are heading to Wien for an intership with my friend. I found very nice accomodation, but there is something I dont understand. There is a fee after booking. Does it mean, that it is for sure, we will have place to stay Or there is a possibility that we will pay it and then we wont have this place? I hope I wrote it in understanable way.

Hello,

My name is Konstantina, I am 22 years old and I come from Athens, Greece. I am coming to Vienna for an Erasmus+ Traineeship at Vienna Biocenter from November to March. Since, I am currently looking for accommodation and I have found an apartment in Rudolfsheim district, I would like to ask if it is a nice and safe district especially at night, since I have heard both positive and negative opinions.
