US-Alquilo habitacion para estudiante (Los Remedios,Sevilla) 240€

Buenas, yo soy espaniol y estudio con mi hermano en Sevilla, estamos buscando un chico extrangero del programa ERASMUS para compartir piso este anio. Es un piso de 3 habitaciones, muy luminoso y este anio va a estar totalmente reformado. Esta en una zona muy buena y con una comunicacion excelente.Esta a diez minutos de la facultad de filologia-historia.

El precio del alquiler son unos 240 euros, en los que se incluyen la comunidad y el agua. La luz se paga aparte segun nuestro consumo. No hay gas, todo es electrico.

Hello, I\'m Spanish, my brother and me study in Seville, we are looking for a ERASMUS student to share a room for this year. It is a 3 bedrooms furnished apartment, very bright and this year will be completely renovated. This in a very good area with an excellent communication.

The rental price is around 240 euros, which includes the community and water. Light charge in our consumption. There is no gas, everything is electric.

Hello, I'm erasmus student and I´m interested, can I have more information about the flat and the room ? Where is it exactly ? have you got pictures to show me ? I'm right now in Sevilla, in Triana in a hostel. I can visit it now until the begin of september.
