We are looking for flatmate (chica) not polish nor spanish.
We are 2 guys: pole and spaniard.
This is single room. 10 sek walking from la Merced in front of parque de la Merced.
The price is 180 + the bills (about 30-40 euros per month)
there are: 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms (one is in one of the rooms), livingroom and the kitchen (the bathrooms and the kitchen was refurbished recently), TV and the Internet.
