The flat is located in Calle San Gerardo, 57. The nearest metro station is Antonio Machado.
The flat is rodeated by green zones: Dehesa de la Villa y Puerta de Hierro.
The house has four (4) rooms fully-equipped for students and young students, two (2) bathrooms and a big kitchen.
It also has a communitary pool, and proivate parking. Internet wifi 20 Mb, and phone with national calls.
