Room to rent to a student/Young worker in apartment completely renovated and equipped in a quiet and secure street. The all building (4 floors with 3 residents each) has students or young workers so the environment is familiar and pleasant.
The apartment is equipped with wireless web, natural gas and cable tv. The rent value is 215€ plus bills (will be a total of 240€, 250€).
It is located 5 minutes from the subway station of Saldanha and 5 minutes from Instituto Superior Técnico. There are malls nearby as well as groceries (Pingo Doce and Minipreço).
