wow i'm writing while go back to italy from izmir ! now i'm staying in istanbul airport . i , alex and alfonso have found a appartment near ekonomi universitesi . we seeked on "emlak" ( estate agency ) about 30 and we visited only 8 was furneshed house . there are no many appartment with "mobilya " . a izmir's peole are very frendly but normal they not speak english

Hello!

Me and my 4 other friends (3 girls and 2 boys overall) gonna study at Yasar Unviersity this September 20th. We're really looking forward to that, because previous 'crew' from our University that came here said it was extremely great experience! :D

Like most of you, we're also seeking an apartment - considering we're 5 ppl strong we'll need at least 3 bedrooms. Would appreciate any help!

I`ll be in Izmir (Yasar Uni) with my 4 friends ( 2 boys and 2 girls) from 20september and we`re still looking for a flat in Bornova, near Yasar. If someone could help us please write to me.

hello everyone. I'm in Bornova and studiyng in EGE uni. i can say that its hard to find house with furniture and in internet there is not a lot option. But we can find really cheap stuffs if you want.
Another point : if you have problem with accommodation. Dont worry. For the student who will study around Bornova, you can stay in my apartment for a while, at least until find some places, and i'm sure, you can rent a house in 1-2 days when come here. i will help you all as possible as i can.

Hi everybody!

I will also be studying on the university in Izmir! As I am the only student to izmir from my institute here in the Netherlands, I am hoping to get in contact with some students who will be there during my study period as well.
As for the accomondation, Aytac, how are the dorms there? I saw the possibility to sign up for those...would you advice this or not? Else I will have to start looking for a apartment too =)

going to spend 4 months in Izmir since september 24th, studying at IYTE, and I'm searching for a room!!!!!!!! I'm mainly searching in the area of Balçova, as it looks like it's easier to get a direct dolmuş from there...but any kind of help would be so appreciated!!! Çok teşekkürler!!!

There is a fully furnished, internet accessed, clean and neat room in Bornova next to Big Park. We are young, i am hungarian and i am spending my erasmus traineeship in izmir this semester, my flatmate is turkish and only (girls ) we are living in the house right now.
