1. developped transportation network, subway from beyoğlu, maslak, levent, to haciosman, metrobus road s about 30 kilometers long from asian side to european, many different bus options to commute beşiktaş, kadıkoy, fatih, eminonu,

2. In walking distance there are estimatedly many big shoping malls, Astoria, Cevahir, Profilo, Trump Towers etc.

3. There are some Univesities, Doğus, bilgi, Nişantasi vs.

4. There are many small shoping stores which can provide you cheap products.

5. There are many erasmus students to get connection and talk to

6. I also prefer to live ... Because its real Istanbul with its real "Mahalle" life style and safe streets.
