Hi,
I’m looking for a female flat-mate. The flat is just renewed and has got three bedrooms, two livingrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. And it has all necesarry appliances such as fridge, washing machine, unlimited wireless internet, 24 hours hot water etc. Kitchen, bathroom and living room is shared. The flat is on the fifth floor (the apartment has six floors). There is one single room ( 7m2) available for rent. The room has everykind of basic furniture.
Location :
The flat is at a very central location at Capa. There are bus stations, tramway station, malls, cafés, supermarkets around the neighborhood. My flat is across Capa Hospital Istanbul University Medical Faculty (Capa Campus) on the Turgut Özal Millet Street . It's within walking distance to Cerrah Pasa Hospital of Istanbul University Medical Faculty, too.
It’s within walking distance (a few minutes) to bus station/ tram station / dolmus sitation , walking (fifteen minutes) to Metrobus station or via tram it takes five minutes to the nearest Metrobus station (Topkapi-Cevizlibag)

You can go to Ataturk Airport via metro from Aksaray which is fifteen minutes away on foot or five via tram.

5 minutes to Istanbul University (Capa Campus) on foot
5 minutes to Halic University (Findikzade Campus) on foot
15-20 minutes to TAKSIM or BEYOGLU via bus or dolmus
7-8 minutes to Istanbul University (Beyazit Campus) / Beyazit / Grand Bazaar / Sultanahmet via tram
15 minutes Eminonu / KARAKOY via bus or by tram
20-25 minutes Besiktas / Mecidiyekoy via bus
15 minutes to YILDIZ TECNICAL University(Davutpasa Campus) via bus
25 minutes to MIMAR SINAN University via tram
20 minutes to Ferry (to KADIKOY or USKUDAR) via tram
40 minutes to KADIKOY via tram and ferry
so, no shortage of transportation :)

Rent is 350 TL per month plus the utility bills. The bills for electricity, natural gas, water, wireless and janitor are about 300TL in total and 100 or 75 for each person.
