student visa for Italy, Florence Design Academy

Hi guys,

I'm enrolled in the interior design program in 2019 January 28. I'm having a hard time getting response from the school and their help. It was really easy getting into the school however, it seems like once you've been accepted they barely replies to your emails and they don't really pick up their phone...

I need them to help me out on filling out an international designated school form for student loan. Does anyone have similar situation? Do you guys know who's the best to talk to other than their general email inquiry and the phone number on their website that no one picks up....? 

I'm leaving in three months and I really need them to send me their visa documentations right away..

I heard back last night after calling the school! The secretary mentioned that they are swamped with the new semester which I totally understand. They had directed me to the right direction, hope you guys are getting the help you need!

How are you? Plz I need to know the fee of scholarship because the Secretary told me I will take the scholarship of 250 euro and now she send me I must pay 550 euro for enrollment and 6250 euro tuttion fee
