MEDICINE in Ferrara

Hello, 

My name is Berta, I'm spanish and I'll be studying next year (18-19) my 5th year of Medicine in Ferrara. More or less I've almost found all the subjects that I would like to do, but I haven't found the information about how is in Ferrara structured the practical learning (I'm refering to the hours spent at the hospital under the supervision of the Doctors/Teachers seeing patients and viewing all the theorical diseases).

In my university there are some clinical practises in each subject (p.e. in Cardiology we go 1-2 weeks to the hospital 3-4h/day and follow the doctor who is responsible of us and shares his patients and explains us whatever we don't understand in the consults, medical guards, pass of plant...) 

Do you have something like this? or if it is diferent could you explain me how it works please?
