We are a group of students at the University of Alicante who help Erasmus students to find accommodation. We were Erasmus students, so we know how difficult it is to find a good place, even more if you are not good speaking their language. We want to intermediate between you and the landlords of the flats (who usually don't speak English to make you things easier).
