Hi people, my flatmates and I are looking for a new flatmate to live with. It has 4 rooms, where 2 boys (24 & 31 y. o. ) and 1 girl (22 y. o. ) are already living. 2 of us were erasmus students in Germany and Poland in Architechture. The other one study&work as informatic.
The flat also has air conditioner, forniture in the room, living room and kitchen. 2 fridges and freezers, microwave, oben, radio :). There are 110 m2 proximately. We're non-smoking people.
It's placed in Avenida de Alemania. This is a avenue full of services like supermarket, banks (BBVA, Caixa, Santander.... ), tapas bars. The university sport complex is at the end of the avenue (Avenida de Dinamarca). There are public bikes in the same street and the Reina Mercedes Campus where there are univs like the Official Languages Center, Architechture, Informatic, Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Biology...
