How to get to Radom?

Hello!
I'm an Erasmus student for the a.a. 2013/2014.
I'm going to the Kazimierz Pułaski University of Technology and Humanities in Radom, Poland, but I don't know yet how to travel  from Warsaw international airport to Radom.
Is there anybody who can help me?
