Hi people!

I\'m Sergio, I live in a flat in the very center of the city and I have a free room! The flat costs 190/month (water and community included) but with electricity and internet it may cost 210E/month more or less. It has everything you need: big bathroom, aconditionated air, oven, Vitroceramic... everything! The ... flat is in Salamanca Street, in 5 minutes walking you reach the city center (Plaza de la Constitución) and it is very well connected to the university by bus (I study in Teatinos and dont have to travel much time to get there). We\'re two boys, I study Journalism and Criminology and my partner studies philosophy and we\'re really easy going.

We\'re looking for an Erasmus Student, so we can improve another language, and you can improve your spanish easily! We\'re supposed to enter the flat between the 10th and 20th of september.

Hola gente!

Soy Sergio, vivo en un piso en el mismísimo centro de la ciudad y tengo
...una habitación libre! El piso cuesta 190 euros al mes (agua y comunidad
incluidas) pero con la luz y el internet normalmente queda sobre los 210
euros al mes. Tiene todo lo que necesitas, un cuarto de baño grande,
horno, vitrocerámica, aire acondicionado... todo! El piso está en calle
Salamanca, a cinco minutos andando del centro (Plaza de la constitucion)
y está muy bien conectado con la universidad en autobús (yo estudio en
Teatinos y no tengo que estar demasiado tiempo en autobus para llegar).

Buscamos un estudiante erasmus que pueda enseñarnos otro idioma un
poquito y que él/ella pueda mejorar su español.
Entraríamos al piso entre el 10 y el 20 de septiembre.

Alquilo una habitación en málaga por 225 euros / mes, mas los gastos de luz, internet y butano.
La habitación está muy cerca del centro. Te envio las fotos, que están en este link:
