Hey :)
I am hoping to come to Berlin this September to do my research and a 4 month placement at a youth club. Although I have little experience with German, I am looking to move over from August/September until late December. I am not going on an Erasmus exchange,as my university only goes to Dresden...
Would be good to keep in touch with anyone that is heading over at the same time as me
Michael
p.s- if anyone has a spare room for this time, please let me know!

Hi! I'm looking for a flatmate as well! I'm from Italy, 22 years old and I'll study at the FU in the winter semester 2012/2013.
I'd like to find either a room in a Wg in Berlin or a nice flatmate (a girl would be better), in order to rent a flat together (with arwobau, coming-home or something like that). I'm friendly and easygoing, i study languages and i love what i do, but i also enjoy going out, getting to know new people, partying and such stuff. I speak English, Italian, German, Spanish and very very little French :)

Hey people!
I will be looking for female rommate(s) near to city centre. My programme begins on Sempt.'12 and goes about 3-4 mths. I'm 24 and will be enrolled to Charité's masters. I'm a Turkish girl and my foreign languages are English and German. I guess being a WG is socialer, I'm not a party-party girl though:) neatness is a point, language advantage is a point, being with poeple with same sense of humour is a point, sharing the hire is point.... tell me what you think, also in facebook!
Best Wishes,
Tugce

Hey!
I'm 20 years old from England and will be studying at Humboldt for the year. I'll be in Berlin from the beginning of September- I've never been before so would love to meet up with some people and explore/go for a few drinks.
I have a room in Aristotelessteig dorm in Lichtenberg which seems to be miles from the City centre, and maybe a bit of a rough area. Does anyone know what it's like round there?
Send me a message if you're around early September and would like to meet up, would be really nice if a few of us got together.
Enjoy your summer!
Emily

Halloooo hallo hallo!
My name is Matt, I'm a British/Thai student from Hong Kong and I will be studying at the Met Film School in Berlin starting October 1st. I planned to get there a few weeks early, perhaps mid - september to settle in and do some travelling. I've been to Berlin once but have no idea what the best places to live in yet, so if anyone is interested in sharing a flat with an outgoing, music-loving filmmaker then send me a message!
This also goes for whether or not you'd like to meet up and explore Berlin!
Take care,
Matt
- is anyone actually having a tough time finding apartments to rent? I can't seem to find any simple websites that would rent out a furnished 2/3 bedroom flat :/
