Habitación 270 euros (Sagrada Familia)

Hello! I will be out of Barcelona then I'm looking for someone to live in my flat during this time (from february to june-september).

The flat has 3 rooms, in the other ones live two girls (reeeaaaally nice girls) who are studing, they are 22 and 24 and both of them are from Cataluña. There are also a kitchen and a livingroom (of course, xD), two bathrooms (a big one and another smaller one but very usefull in the morning when everybody is late, xD) and a balcony with a beautiful sigth of Tibidabo. It's very beautiful but specially quiet, the area where it is is quiet but closed to the centre (the metro's stoped is "El Clot").

The prize are 270 euros, ligth, water, internet, etc are payed by separated, and they are around 40 euros/month.

The room will be free untill september, because during the summer I return home, but I understand that Erasmus finish in June, so if someone needs the room only untill june for me it's ok.
