Looking for a FLAT!!

Hello!

Im a spanish student who will be studying there for the whole year. Im looking for a place to live, because i didnt get a room on the dormitory where I applied! 

I would like to find a flat close to SGH, but not very far away from the city center!

Im also looking for roomates, but not spanish ones! because i dont want to be the whole day speaking spanish!

Hola mi piso es estupendo  esta situado a 10 minutos en tranvia de la sgh...y a 15 del mismo centro..El distrito es el mas centrico..si quieres mirar condiciones del piso,fotos y precio etc..te puedes poner en contacto conmigo pues lo dejaré a principios de junio

una pregunta..¿lo empezarias a ocupar en Junio ? es que yo me voy en junio y necesito alguien que venga para esa fecha para no tener que pagar el ultimos me s de contrato..asi entraria el nuevo inquilino

Hola Teresa:

Soy Darío mi compañero de piso regresa a españa en Junio. Tengo el piso en Al.Solidarnosc con Jana Pawla II a 5 min de la estación central en metro / tram y 15 minutos a pie. Es un piso pequeño pero 2 habitaciones - cocina/comedor - baño. La calefacción es del estado con lo que los gastos en invierno son muy bajos comparado con calefacciones de gas. El precio son 1000zl - calefacción incluida - gastos (luz y gas fogones de la cocina aparte) Si te interesa te mando fotos. Yo hablo español/ingles/polaco y la propietaria habla perfecto inglés lo que siempre es una ventaja. Un saludo

Hello,

I have a flat to rent at Sobieskiego 72A St. from July 2012.
It has got two rooms and kitchen annex with cooker, fridge, oven, bathroom with washing machine and tub. There are two big wardrobes with mirrors and TV set.
The nearest bus stop (Czarnomorska) is 3 minutes far on foot. It has many direct connections, for instance to the Centre, the Old Town, Warsaw University, SGGW, the subway, also to SGH (Metro Pole Mokotowskie stop).

The address is Sobieskiego 72A, bus stop Czarnomorska. Three people can live comfortably there. The price is for the flat, not per person.

Yes, you can add me. I'm not renting rooms separately, only the whole flat, so it's up to you who you want to share it with.
