Hello everyone,

I did my Erasmus in Nicosia in 2019-2020 and my ex-landlord contacted me again to inform me that there is still a room available in the apartment where I was for the upcoming fall semester (August/September 2021 to January 2022). Note that girls are preferred to respect the parity.

It is a very large apartment on the 4th floor (+ 3 balconies and elevator), bright, with wifi, close to shops and fully furnished. It is located in Panayioti Kaspi (near the Ministry of Finance) and 15-20 minutes walk from Ledras Street, 15-20 minutes walk from European University of Cyprus, etc. The rent is between 300 and 350€ (I don't remember exactly).
