Room in Madrid Center

Hello!

We have a room to share in our flat. The room has a single bed, a woodrove and a desk.

The flat is very well located, in Lavapies (Madrid center): two blocks from metro (L-3 to Moncloa), two blocks from supermarkets, theaters, cinema, library, gym... 10 minutes walking to Sol.

The price of the room is 450, all expenses included (heating, water, electricity and Internet). The flat measures 108 meters with 36 meters of yard (with barbecue) and has 3 rooms, one bath-room, a kitchen and a huge leaving room.

We are a couple 31 years old. I´m spanish teacher and I´m studying a Master in Literature at the Complutense University of Madrid.

We are smokers and have a lovely cat.
