Future student in Gent needing some help

Hi everyone! I'm going to study in the university of Gent (faculty of Arts) next semester, I would like to know about some experiences there and also I need some help to find a place, I would like to share an appartement, if anyone is interested we can find it together! Hi , I'm Boubacar Gueye 21yo, I'ill be going to study architecture at Sint-lucas gent for the the second semester. I would like to have some information about the houses rent in gent and the required money te carry for a month in gent and all information about the city too

I'm interested in sharing flat with other students form other countries, I can speak french and turkish too

Hi Boubacar Gueye.. I am also going to Sint Lucas but i am going for the full 2 years masters course. I am from India. Do u know some stuff abt the school..? I mean howz the school and all.?? I only know english will that a problem there in Gent??

hi ayrus karla. I know only few things about the school cuz one of my elder who graduated from my university is doing his master there. He told me that the courses are full in english , there will be no probleme about that. in istanbul , i am in 3dr year now ( bachelor in 4 yrs here ). next year will be my last year , before graduation , so that why i will too be taking master course but not all ( just aAD maybe with project management, building integration techno )

Hi everybody!

I'm going to study in Italy next semester (oktober - January 2012). I'm born in Ghent (Belgium). And I have a house in Ghent. I'd like to find someone who wants to stay in my house. I'm studying history. 

Let me tell about the house: 
It's really the best you can get in Ghent. It's in "Sint-Annastraat" in the centrum. I have to walk 5 minutes to get to my faculty. (and it's close to all the other faculties aswell) The house has 4 big rooms (i'm staying with 3 friends). The bathroom, living room, kitchen, atic, basement... are shared. It's 290 euro monthly (which is really cheap in the centrum of Ghent).

And if you want, my friends will be very pleased to show you Ghent, give some information, ...

I really have to find someone who can take my place. So feel free the respond! ;-)

Hi Marta and Iris, it seems that we will be going to the same University (If it is Universiteit Gent). One friend of mine is already studying at Hogeschool Ghent and she offered me help with finding an accommodation. She's looking now for a smaller flat, because from my university i'am going alone, but i could ask her if it is possible to get somethin bigger for more people.

My name is Giorgos and I'm from Cyprus. I have been accepted for the 2 years master course in architecture at the Sint-Lucas School of Architecture in Ghent campuses. I'm looking for a place to rent from September 2012 till the sumnmer 2013 and I was wondering if anyone is interested to share a flat/house with me.   Students would be great and if you study in an area of arts that's even better! I speak English, Greek and I'm familiar with Spanish and French. I love art, music, trying new things, cooking, enjoying nightlife, films, exercising, meeting new people/cultures, travelling,.. I try to be open-minded and I enjoyed in the past staying with people from many countries. If you are a group of housemates and you have a spare room pls contact me. If you are a group of friends in need for  a place to stay we could meet each other and arrange a nice house-hunting in Ghent :)

Anyone still looking for acommodation?My name is Sonja, I'm from Croatia and I will be arriving in Gent on 18th of September to study graphic design for 5 months. I haven't found acommodation yet, but if someone is interested still,we could find something togehter and be roomates!
