How is Engineering Education of the school ?

Hey guys,I want to come to Debreceni Egyetem in 2015/2016 season but i am wondering that the school good at engineering education ? 

And by the way,how is the city about parties? 

And my last question is : I've heard many people don't speak English,is it true ?

By the way,i mean Electrical Engineering
