Looking for a shared apartment with other erasmus or international students

Hola!
I\'m going to Barcelona to study there from the end of august until the end of june.
I\'m looking for a shared apartment with other students. I\'m looking for a room which is completely furnished,
close to metro and bus stations, and I prefer to live in Gracia. Price 300-400 euro.

I keep finding apartments with spare bedrooms, but I'd rather get an apartment with other people who are moving to Barcelona.

Yes I've found a room! I'm going to live with 3 spanish girls, so I think that will be very nice :).
You should keep searching and I'm sure you will find something with other people, because there are a lot offers on internet. I don't know if you did that already, but you could also post a message on loquo.com or on facebook ..I got a lot of replies with that.

Hey there! We are a 23 years old boy and a 24 years old girl who are looking for a roommate from the 1st of august 2010! It does not matter if you are studying, working or if you are an Erasmus student as long as we all get along!

The flat is located in the district of Sagrada Familia, opposite the old Damm beer factory. It is really well connected to the city centre (lines 5 and 2 of the metro and several bus lines) and it has been completely refurbished.
Moreover, it is also fully equipped: parquet floors, WiFi, telephone, central heating, airco, washing machine, microwave etc. It is a big appartment (110m2), very bright and quiet and it even has a huge terrace!

The room we are willing to rent is fully equipped (including shoe closet!) and it costs 330€ per month excl. Expenses are shared each month with the three of us and are not included in the price.

Hi to everyone!

My name is Miguel and I'm a spanish boy who is looking for 2 students (boys or girls) for a DOUBLE ROOM WITH PRIVATE BATHROOM, available from the end of august. I'm looking for serious, but also easy-going and funny students. I like people who want to involve in achieving a nice living-together, having fun and spending a good time, but also cleaning the house and respecting the other flatmates.

The flat has 2 double rooms and 1 single room, so it's made for 5 people, who will be all students. I don't live at the flat, and I always try to have tenants with a similar profile, so that you can have a good environment and a happy convivence.

Apart from the rooms, the flat has: 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living-room and covered balcony. It's equipped with fridge, microwave-oven, washing-machine, vacuum cleaner, iron (with iron table), TV-DVD, air conditioning and heating. The whole flat is completely furnished and very clean.

The price of the room is 450 €/month (225 €/month each person). In this price are included expenses of: light, water, gas, phone, internet ADSL and more than 60 digital TV channels.
The room has 2 separate beds, 2 wardrobes with hangers and lots of drawers, shelves, a big study table with 2 chairs and it's also provided with sheets, spreads, bedspreads, eiderdowns, mattresses, pillows,... The room has a private key.

Where is it? Very close to the Plaza Ildefons Cerdà. It's a nice and quiet residential area, well-communicated with the center of Barcelona and the Prat Airport (Aerobus). There's a Comercial Centre called Gran Via 2 very close to the flat, with many shops, a carrefour, cinemas and restaurants. You can use the FGC (L-8) and there are also many lines of buses stopping near the flat (9, 37, 46, 65, 72, 79, 109), including night buses (nitbus).

Hi!

There is a room to rent in the best district of Barcelona!

The room has 10m square, a 105cm wide bed with a very comfortable mattress, a massive wardrobe (cannot be seen on the photos) + a chest of drawers. And a painting with elefants :) 

The flat has very good heating, is always warm and cosy. We have an amazing view of the Tibidao and the mountains from each side of the flat. It is situated on the top 4th floor and is very well equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher. Non - smoking. 

The closest metro station is FGC Sarria, 4 stops away from the city centre. Bus no. 66 goes from Plaza Catalunya and it leaves you right outside of our door. 

The room is 310 euros + no more than 50 euros in bills each month.
