Better look for the flat in the center of city. There is 1 special university bus from the city center.  And ask for the flat on facebook groups. for example Erasmus la coruna

Hola, soy un chico español, vivo en A Coruña con mi compañero de piso y estamos buscando una persona para compartir el piso este año.

El piso esta en la plaza de cuatro caminos (Al lado de la estacion de autobuses y de tren y en frente de la parada a la universidad, la escuela de idiomas o el conservatorio) y el precio es 190 euros al mes mas gastos.
