Room to rent in Stare Miasto (5min from University) :D

Who is looking for a flat in the city centre? Who would like to live in front of one of the most important monuments in Warsaw? Who would like to arrive in only 5 min to the main campus?

Hello everybody, my name is Javier (spanish), my flatmate Maria and me are looking for flatmates (preferably non spanish speakers).

Our flat is for 3 ppl and for the next semester we will have a room to rent. The appartment is small and cute (i hated it, but now I really love it): it has three rooms, one kitchen (with oven, microwave, fridge) and one bathroom. As you should know, in Warsaw there is no living room so it shouldnt be a problem. The room to rent is not very big but really warm and fully furnished (bed, shelves, desk, wardrobe, heating, huge window).

Other important information:

In front of the flat (Plac Krasinskich) you could also take those buses: 116, 180, 222, 503 (all of them goes to Krakowskie Przedmiescie and Nowy Swiat).

-Prize: 2300 zl per month plus utilities ( Internt, heating, water, electricity) everything divided in three.

-When it will be avaliable? : Around the 2nd week of February but it could be earlier.
