Hola,

se buscan dos compañeros/compañeras de piso en un área muy tranquilo y buen

comunicado. El piso está a 20 minutos de la universidad y a 30 minutos de la playa, andando. Acerca del piso hay paradas de autobús, el metro y muchas tiendas. El piso tiene 4 habitaciones, baño, cocina y sala de estar con tele. La renta es alrededor de 160 euros por mes por una habitación sin gastos y sería para entrar a partir del 1 de septiembre o 1 de agosto. The flat is situated in Calle Sant Columbà, 9. Close to the Polytechnic University and Valencia University. Its takes only 15 min to go the beach. Goods connections, 110m2- 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen fully equipped (dishwasher, washing and dry machine, microwave etc... ). 1 living room with 37'' tv and big sofa etc.. and a terrace.

We are a young couple and we are looking for two people flatemates.

The price for room is 200€ per month.

Internet, electricity, gas, water supply = 60€ (aprox. )
