This is Ozan Kaplan, studying at DEU, translation and interpreting in 2 Languages-German and English. In the full course of 14-15, was an erasmus student in Spain, Santiago de Compostela. Back then, I couldnt speak any word of Spanish, and people there do not tend to speak much of english, so as you could imagine, it was really hard for me to adapt. But luckily, the spanish are really nice, open-minded and trustworthy. 

Therefore, I can imagine how hard it could be finding an accommodation in Turkey where not everyone speaks English. And I dont know anything about erasmus community in İzmir like ESN which is totally global, what i mean is that if they have it or not. Anyway, type down 48 after my name and surname on fbook search bar, and add me as a friend, so that i could help you to find a flat, at least. For example, you go to the real estate, and he doesnt speak english, so you can call me and i can talk to him. If you are in Buca, i can do it face to face, whatever. Anything...
