Hi, we are a couple living southern Sevilla, close to Reina Mercedes, UPS Sagrado Corazon and Pablo de Olavide (UPO) and we have two rooms available for rent starting the 15th of January.

Its a calm neighborhood, with lots of parking, student atmosphere, friendly apartment mates- its a spacious apartment with three floors.  

The kitchen has an oven, a dishwasher and a gas stove. Theres an air conditioner/ heater in every room, a washer and drier, and a rooftop terrace.
