"So i've seen that university offers some accomodation, but i'd rather have my own room, so i'm wondering if there's anyone who would rent a flat with me and share it..?

I found some cool sites with flat rentals in Pardubice..

Or any help from locals? Where could i find a roomate, and cheap furnished flat..?"
