I have to warn you that when seeking accomodation beware "Oceane Ginette Maria RENOUF". Under this name someone is sending room offers by email. The whole thing is surely a fraud.

Hi Giulio,
I received also room offers from those two people. So I wanted to ask you, what experience do you have with them. Because I am looking for an accomodation over summer (18 May untill 02 Sep 2014). I am going to Nijmegen to write my Bachelor Thesis.

I got emails from both emily emily and oceane and I noticed they both used the exact same sentences. They seem very friendly and honest but they ask you to send the money to their "mothers" bank account for them to reserve the hyphothetical room. I realized they were fake after 5-6 e-mails and I was seriously considering to rent one of the rooms... Just don't reply them at all.

Emily Emily sends the same mail to another friend of mine that have to go to Paris,
for an internship, than i start to think that something didn't work!
Than i do a research also for Oceane and i found the message that i posted here!
For Maxime ALAUZY i don't have any information, but two of three email recived are fake, and it is enough for me to don't trust anymore on this type of advertisement.
