Looking for an English speaking flat mate!

Hi there!
We are two Spanish girls (and a very nice and loving cat) that are moving to Madrid next September and we are looking for a third one to share a flat. We would like it to be someone who speaks good English so that we can do a language interchange!
We are starting just now to look for a nice place to live in the center of Madrid, around Malasaña, Chueca or Argüelles, and we have a top of around 1100€/month.

We are 23 and will be both doing masters degrees, one of us in UCM and the other in the UAM.
