Joining Istanbul Technical University for Fall 2014 (English)

Hello everyone..

I am willing to join Istanbul Technical University in Fall 2014. And I wonder if anyone could provide me with some information regarding studying there and the tuition fees for international students, in addition to the requirements of applying for Computer Engineering.

In addition I looking for an apartment to share with anyone who is interested. I have heard that the university is located in Sisli or Maslak, I think that is in the european disctrict of Istanbul, I am not really sure !
