hi guys. I will study economics in Bucharest in the second semester. Does anyone have a calendar of the academic year?
Some Romanian student can tell me about the student´s residences in Bucharest?
Cya
Teo Rog Scritto 14 anni fa
Hi, I am Romanian, so about the calendar.. the academic year starts in October and lasts until Christmas break, the session of exams is January/Febraury (depends on how many exams) and then the second semester starts. It lasts until May, when there are exams until June. It is a general layout, it depends on the Faculty and the level of education, but so u have an idea...
I don't know how u can make a request for a students' residence as I haven't stayed in one, but u should contact ur International Relations person starting September (they are in holiday now).
So, good luck and have fun!
ET Daschevici Scritto 14 anni fa
Tiago, I know some of the student residences of ASE, if you received one, perhaps I could give you more details but you have to tell me which one will you be staying in.

miguel angel Scritto 14 anni fa
does anyone go to "Politehnica"? sniff sniff
everyone goes to ASE...? Good are and good building, at least seen from outside from the car :-p
romeo romeo Scritto 14 anni fa
DOES ANYBODY WANTS ACCOMODATION IN BUCHAREST ?
ET Daschevici Scritto 14 anni fa
@Gavin - the Belvedere student dorm is the newest built by ASE, it's actually pretty cool. The rooms are of 4 or 2 beds, but I think that for foreign students will give the 2 bed rooms. The dorm is behind the Regie complex which is the biggest in Europe, so lots of fun and things to do around the area.
ET Daschevici Scritto 14 anni fa
@ David:
Regie is the biggest student complex in our country. It comprises of the student dorms of the Politehnica and Medicine Universities, of various pubs, bars, discos and so on.
