Disponible habitación en zona cercana a la parada de metro de amistat(entre cardenal benlloch y av. puerto).
Precio: 170 euros al mes + gastos(más o menos se pagan cada dos meses), internet opcional.
El piso dispone de cocina, comedor luminoso, un aseo y un baño. La habitación que se alquila es grande y viene amueblada.
En el piso somos tres chicas estudiantes con buen rollo entre nosotras. También tenemos una perrita.
Para entrar en febrero.
Visitas a partir del dia 10 de enero.
We\'re looking for a flatmate in a flat closer to Av. del puerto - Av. Cardenal Benlloch. (well connected with tube(subway)-airport)
price: 170 euros per month + water, electricity and gas charges(about every 2 months), optional internet.
The flat has kitchen, a lighting dinning room, bathroom and a toilet. The room available is large and furnished.
Currently, we are 3 spanish girls living there with a good feeling between us. We also have a little bitch.
You can come to see the flat from January 10
You can start to living there from february
