If you live in Umea, and especially in Alidhem, you should know that there are 2 supermarkets right in the center Alidhem a ica and konsum. But a 10-minute cycle or 20 foot (or about 10 by bus), there is a Maxi Ica, that is more like a carrefour.
It has many more things, and the price is greatly reduced, especially in fresh produce.
The meat and vegetables in the normal ica can become twice as expensive!
In addition, next to ica maxi there is a Systembolaget(to buy alcohol), and several clothing stores like H & M
