We are three 22 years old Spanish students looking for a fourth flatmate.
The flat is Genaro Parlade street (you can find it easily in Google Maps). It is near Sciences faculties of Reina Mercedes, and also near the oldtown.
The flat is big and we are very happy living here. And it is only 235€ (+7,50€ WiFi+electricity+water+gas) per month.
Dates: February to June.
