Hi, my name is Hélio, I have a spare room for rent if anyone needs.
It's located in the center of Porto, between Faculty of Fine Arts and Santa Catarina street. the price is 220 € (all expenses included: internet, electricity, gaz, water).
I wll be living there starting in February, along with an arts girl student. I am a freelance artist/performer myself.
the room is spacy, so there is the possibility of putting another bed in it if you want to share with a friend.
