Apartment in the centre, 10 minuts walking to Trindade metro station (main metro station) and 15 minuts walking to the City Hall.
The apartment have 3 bedrooms with couple-bed and 1 bedroom with single-bed.
2 bedrooms have balconies, and the apartment have also 2 complete bathrooms.
Wash-machine, internet and a big terrace in the ground-floor of the condominium with stone table and chairs.
