Hello! I\'ve a room for rent for the first semester! House share with portuguese product designer and spanish journalist.
The house is pretty central, it\'s in Rua Alexandre Braga, 5 min away from yellow and green metro lines.
The cost is 250€ a month plus expenses, you will have to leave a down payement of at least 150€, wich you receive again when you leave.
