(HELP) Post-graduate traineeship in Spain

Hello everyone,

I won an Erasmus scholarship for a post-graduate traineeship, but yesterday, I got this email from the International Relations Bureau of the Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya, saying that: 

"Unfortunately, and eventhough it is possible within the Erasmus program, Spanish law does not allow to already graduate students to  participate in a research stage through a  trainesheep agreement"

So I am searching for people who actually DID a traineeship in spain AFTER they graduated, to prove them wrong!
Or someone to confirm that this absurd law is true.

Can somebody help me? Please reply!
