Hi, we\'re Walter and Carmen and we\'re looking for a new flat mate in the Sagrada Familia area of Barcelona (very close to Gracia area).

The flat has great transport links to any part of the city, it\'s only a minute walk to the Sagrada Familia metro stop (L2 and L5) and there are various different bus routes.

The flat is inviting and there\'s lots of natural light. It\'s situated in a quiet and friendly building, opposite a library and a market. It\'s also close to various gyms, parks and supermarkets.

It is completely furnished and has a balcony-terrace, two bathrooms and everything you need (appliances, etc. ).

In the bedroom that is available there is: a bed, a large wardrobe, bedside table, a fold-away table and a desk.
