Studio for Erasmus people in the trendy south-area of Antwerp

I rent my studio to Erasmus people who are going to study in Antwerp.

The studio is completely furnished, has a nice bright and comfortable living room. The kitchen and the bathroom are two separate rooms.

The location is at the very trendy south area, close to the new palace of justice.
There are a lot of bus- and tramstops in the neighbourhood.

The price is 475 euro\'s per month. In this price everything is included (internet, gas, water, electricity, tv). The forfait for the fire insurance is 50 euro\'s for 6 months.

It is also possible to rent the studio for 12 months. In this case, the price is 450 euro\'s per month, with the same conditions as above stipulated.
