Well what do you want to learn? METU is the best one of Turkey.It has a huge campus.Bilkent University is good but private, more or less 9000€ for a year.Ankara University is also good, Law is the best at Ankara University.Those 3 are the best ones.

I went to METU for erasmus in Ankara, it's the best university in Turkey. It was a great experience.

It depends on what one likes :English or Turkish ,new buildings or not ,small classes or crowded ones, thus one should contact to the any university before any application because the education system is not based on skill and interests ,but money and points ...Bytheway,is there any education system in the world which is based on interest and skill not national exams or remarks ?
